You do not become a citizen when registering on the website, citizenship is granted to you when you purchase the game. You can synchronize in the game with your citizenship. After registering on the website, buy the wool and wait a few hours, your citizenship will be confirmed. You can use Xsolla to pre-order the game When you purchase, you will be given a steam key and you can activate the game with that key. If you have any more questions, please open a topic. After obtaining citizenship, you have certain "citizenship" rights.
